Brrrr.... It's nice to be home.
I flew back from Toronto on Saturday, hence the lack of blogging recently.
The flight was rubbish, and that's being polite. I only flew with British Airway because someone else was paying and I had no choice. The flight was late, the service was poor, my TV was faulty, and Terminal 5 is horrible. In cattle class they are too bloodly lazy to even bother offering a refil of tea or coffee. If anyone from BA is reading this, you suck.
As for Terminal 5, it's a national disgrace. Not just the incompetent opening either. How have they managed to make one of the largest indoor public spaces feel dark and claustrophobic? They also tried to charge me £4.70 for a bowl of porrige.
