I'm watching a news report about activists in South Korea using helium filled balloons to send propaganda across the border into the north. They have the balloons timed to explode at intervals to spread pamphlets (and money) down on the North Korean populace. Wonderful.
Not surprisingly, North Korea is not happy. More accurately, the North Korean government is not happy, and is putting pressure on the South to stop the balloons. Personally, I just want to know how I help pay for them.
Come to think about it, judging from the bollocks I see on US television stations from this (Canadian) side of the border, maybe I should be floating some south from here?
